ENERGY EFFICIENCY

• Our production process for charcoal has a closed cycle.
• All organic substances containing in the pyrolysis gases (including acetic acid, formaldehyde, etc… more than 180 of gas substances) are burnt completely, forming a considerable amount of heat, which is utilized in the utilizing boilers, producing technological steam.
• Thus, retorts provide vapor for the whole plant (drying of briquettes,production of ethyl acetate). It has a significant economic effect, because the plant does not use natural gas.
